About the Artist

Michael Fitzpatrick is an acclaimed American cellist, composer, and the founder of Millenia Music. Described by National Public Radio as “an interpreter of the muse,” Michael’s music transcends cultural boundaries and speaks to the heart of human experience.

Michael is well known for his affiliation with His Holiness the Dalai Lama, having performed at various events where Tibet’s spiritual leader has shared his wisdom.

A Benefit for Millenia Music and Urban Dharma

This event is a benefit for both Millenia Music and Urban Dharma. From your donation, 75% will go to the artist and 25% to Urban Dharma.

Proceeds will support Millenia Music’s healing music outreach programs. These programs serve people in need, including those suffering from PTSD, trauma, grief, anxiety, Alzheimer’s, and individuals in hospitals, hospice, and members of the military.

Experience the power of Michael’s music in an intimate setting. This evening offers a blend of musical artistry and mindfulness.

During the evening, there will be a silent auction of some select pieces from the collection of Laura Russell, a recently deceased sangha member. Per Laura’s wish, proceeds will go to the Drikung Forest Hermitage.
